Today the students took their Unit 3 math test. The teachers will be marking them and sending them home in the next week. They also took their spelling quiz today and they were marked and sent home for you to review. We worked on a reading comprehension activity titled: Volcanos. Please work through the discussion questions on the back side and return it to school when finished. We did one of our last Hearing and Sound activities in science this afternoon. The students learned how far a whisper can travel by constructing their own paper cup telephones. They have brought them home to show you and try a few more activities. There will be a science test next Thursday. The students will be taking home their green science duotangs and a study guide tomorrow to work on over the weekend. Please return the duotangs on Monday.

Ordering Class Books - You do not need to order a book. If you decide to order a book, you need to order online with a credit card or debit card. All fees are paid in USD. Please follow the directions on the order form. There are 3 options for the type of book you can order. PLEASE RETURN THE FORM EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT PURCHASING THE BOOK. In order to receive a classroom book for free all the studetns need to return their form. If you do decide to order a class book, please fill out the paper provided with the authorization code you were given on the website. Forms are due back Friday March 9th!
