Monday May 7th, 2018

Highlights:
We started our morning with a 'brain dump.' The student's were able to share their weekend adventures. We also had a class meeting and set goals for the day and the week. Our goals today were: to be mature, to not interrupt, to help others and to be positive. Our goals for the week are: to listen to the teacher, to control ourselves, to try our best and to keep the classroom clean.
We had math. Today, we started lesson 8. This lesson is all about relating multiplication and division using arrays. They will finish this lesson tomorrow. We had music and gym. Gym was outside today and we played an awesome game called, squirrel. We had spelling and writing. We're working on a secret writing activity. After lunch, we continued our writing. We had social studies. We continued to work on our Peru cube. At the end of the day we read from our novel 'Race the Wild, Rain Forest Relay.'
