Highlights:
We began this morning with a class meeting. We are trying to do daily meetings to go over expectations for the day and discuss class goals for the day/week. This week the class worked on: not interrupting, being pleasant and kind, making good choices, keeping the classroom clean, and less chatting!

We worked through most of lesson 7 in math (see homework below). The homework page for lesson 7 will be sent home tomorrow. Thank you for completing the homework for this unit and returning it to school for us to review. We encourage parents to get involved with the math homework and help your child through the challenging questions.

Spelling quizzes were marked and sent home today.

We continued researching our rainforest animals this afternoon and finished the day with weaving. The weaving project finishes tomorrow!
