Thursday May 31st

IN-SCHOOL FIELD TRIP Cancelled tomorrow!

(Don't worry, there's still school 😀)

We’ve had to cancel our in-school field trip for tomorrow. Something has come up with the company and they’ve had to reschedule for the morning of 6th. On June 6th, we will have a full day of in-school field trips, not ideal but it's the only day they had available. The morning will be building and in the afternoon we will be learning about Tunisia.

We're looking for volunteers for the 6th. We have 3 volunteers for the morning and 2 for the afternoon. If you're free and have security clearance we'd love to have you.

YESTERDAY - We had the final draw for the weaving for water pillows. Japneet in our class won one! There were only 7 pillows made because it takes about 12-15 weaving boards to make one pillow. As a school we raised $1400 for Ryan's Well. Way to go PHS

Reminders:

  • Twin and Triplet Day – TOMORROW - Dress up like one another.  This is optional.  You can also wear your Panorama Hills clothing or our school colours (blue and gold).
  • Library Books due June 8th
  • Our annual Sports Day on Tuesday, June 26th is quickly approaching! Our Comprehensive School Health Committee has been working hard to put together fun filled events for students to enjoy. Every year, we have multiple stations set up that students rotate through ie. relay races, team building activities, organized sports, and much more! We are asking for volunteers to help run stations on June 26th. If you are available, please email your child’s classroom teacher. All volunteers must have current security clearance. We are looking forward to another successful Sports Day!
