Highlights
This week the students worked on taking some given data and creating and drawing bar graphs. Today they worked on reading and interpreting line and bar graphs as well as drawing line and bar graphs.
The students have been working on expository writing about castles. They are also continuing their editing practice by looking for fragments and run-on sentences.
In science, the students are working on hearing and sound activities. Today they went on a sound-hunt throughout the school and also outside. They are classifying the sounds they hear as loud, soft, dangerous, etc.
We plan to have a pretty normal start to the week by keeping to our classroom routines as much as we can as we head in to the last week before Winter Break!
